EC heat exchanger install help

I need to have my h/e installed. If any of you can do it for me, ill gladly pay you. I'm located in SoCal O.C. and can only do it on Saturdays. I'm willing to drive to your location to get it done. I've called around a few recommended shops but was quoted around 300 for the install. That seems pretty high to me. PM me with a quote if you're interested.

Here's a link to a DIY heat exchanger install -

Think there's $300 worth of time there?

That's why you guys are great! You've made me see the light. I've only had the beast for a couple of months so its all new to me. Thanks komp for the diy but this is something I'm not comfortable doing myself.

Reason for high price is because of removal of front bumper.. That and then installing it takes time.. Time= $$$

I did my own install of my EC Heat exchanger and it took all of $300 of labor at a shop. It's not hard, but it is labor intensive. bleeding the system took some time as did the removal of the bumper.

If I had to do it again i could do it in a lot less time.

Having done this myself, 300 is very fair.
