Judging by the slits in the bumper I am guessing this is an E63 bumper? If so according to the EPC you can't get just the part you have circled, you will need to buy the entire front inside left piece
The part number is A 211 880 09 03 (you have the #772 bumper cover, 772 = AMG package)

Yep, the left piece does not come with that part attache, you can see the plastic rivets where they are attached. Post up #s please for others, otherwise more will ask.
