E63 wont start, no electrics?
Went to start the car this morning, completely dead couldn't even open doors with key fob. opened up using the key and I've had the battery on charge for 8 hours now. Went to try again, no joy, still nothing at all can't turn the key in the ignition. Could this be a completely dead batttery or are there any other tips out there!

That was the first thing I tried but no joy, sticking it onto fast charge, I now have electrics so clearly a battery issue so will keep it going overnight on a trickle charger. Thanks for reply, think I'm sorted now was just concerned it could be something other than a flat battery!

2008 E63 wagon
What a coincidence, I have a '08 E63 wagon and after being out of town for a week and a half the car is totally dead as well. I'm suspecting battery needs to be checked as well. One thing I recall is the bluetooth puck stays on even after I leave the car and no keys in ignition. I am wondering if this is draining my battery? I also notice the bluetooth in the car picks up my phone's reception when I'm close enough to the car even without my key. Is this normal (the bluetooth portion, that is).

Ironic, my battery decided to die almost overnight week before last too. I was fortunate that a couple of really SLOW cranks warned me before I lost everything, but it occured very fast.
+1, went to Autozone and got their perfect OEM fit trunk battery with vent for $130 installed. In and out in 20 minutes, E63 life is good again.
