An idea for the chaps with pulley issues....
OK so we got a couple guys with stuffed crank snouts ... I been thinking instead of repairing the motors you have another option and thats to go twin turbo ... yes I am serious. I think you should consider this, of course its a big step but its an option no?
I bet the mod vs repair cost would not be significantly different, but obviously you introducing alot more variables. This assumes you can pin a crank pulley to run the anciliaries of course, but I think that should be reasonably easy to do.
Just a thought I would throw out there. Who knows it might just work?

Your crankshaft is seriously that bad? Did you see the pic of my crankshaft snout? Is yours worse?
As for the turbo idea, I did think of doing this is my pulley would not stay on. It's a LOT easier to pin a simple, one track crank pulley than one that drives the supercharger which puts a TON of strain on it.

I think Craig posted my pictures in one of the threads. Yes the crank is 100X worse than yours was. So bad that my engine builder said "I hope you know where to get another crankshaft becuse we aren't even trying to fix that one"
