can you pm LTH for a CLS63(2007).
and what setup you recommend for maximum gains...(LTH W/HF cats or Catless/.Xpipe/resonator etc. ) I currently have 2nd cats delete and Xpipe in place of resonator. Thanks!

Another joint venture between TTM and ARH(previously we corroborated on the E/CLS63 and CLK63 Black Series long tube header systems) have produced the ABSOLUTE BEST HEADER SYSTEM available to the E55/CLS55 market!! Complete T304 stainless steel, 1-7/8” long tube primaries, leak free merge collectors with scavenger spike, 4" collector, siamese x-pipe and slip fit into the OEM resonator.
Here are a couple of teaser pictures to see what we have come up with. Thanks to Vinny(kompressede) who was kind enough to let us use his beautiful and super clean E55 for the prototyping of the system.
Pricing will be set very shortly but it will be in-line with the E/CLS 63 system we built at the end of 2011 which was ~$3100 for THE COMPLETE SYSTEM!! Headers, cats or cat delete and the center section that bolts directly up to the OEM resonator.
We will have 3 system available immediately(PM me for special pricing on the first 5 set run) following the official release which will be after real world "Bruce" testing on the E55 and a CLS55 coming in next week for installation of the complete system.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
A group buy will done very shortly!! STAY TUNED!!!

I think these are still being tested, seen the test car last week. Patience people, it will be worth it. Trust me, when they become fully available I will be swapping out my kleemanns for these.

You will see 40 - 50 hp going from stock to cat-less Long Tubes. I have seen the ARH headers in person, and they are very nice. On par with the MBH in terms of build quality.

Thank you and I'm pretty sure that is what will be had but I would like to see ARH or TTM post some actual numbers and some updates as this was a "teaser" thread..I'm sure they are of good qualtity but again would like to hear from them or maybe someone who has installed them and has actual numbers and or real time experience with them,thanks..I really am torn between these and MBH,I know they are both good but MBH has put out actual numbers..What I really like about the ARH/TTM is that they are a true LTH..I would love to hear them,as I have heard the MBH..

What I don't understand is why everyone seems to add the MB / European luxury tax ??? ARH makes similar headers for the CTS-V and charges ~$1700....The AMG costs ~$2700...A $1000 difference for what ? - not material, not complexity, not volume....

I wonder how many more they'd sell if they priced them more along the lines of the GM/Ford headers they make. Especially considering the platform's depreciation and typical buyer.

BMCINSD has ARH on his W211 E63. Granted its an NA motor, but they sound SICK. To the point that he spent a lot of money trying to quiet them down.
I saw them on the floor, and thought they were MBH. The build quality looks the same. Perfect machine welds.
The benefit here in my opinion is the 1 7/8" primaries. I only know of these and Sharduls that run 1 7/8, and when you are modded, I think it is the right size.
As someone else said: ARH is in the header business. Its all they do. The reason they cost more, is they only make a few sets at a time, compared to Mustangs which they make by the 1000's. Its just more set up and tear down labor (+ mb tax)![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
...(from ARH) The result was gains well over 30 RWHP and 35-40 RWTQ UNTUNED.

I got the ARH LTH and x-pipe installed on my 2003 E55 about 2 months ago. I was one of the very first few to order them from Bruce at TTM. Waited over 2 months for them to be made.
Positive:
1. No check engine light.
2. Awesome built quality.
3. Sound is amazing!!! Not loud at all. You can not tell that they are there if the car is idling. Once you open her up is completely different story, but again NOT very loud.
Negative:
1. Since the primaries are 1 7/8 there are NO Gaskets for the heads. I used some high temp silicone. ARH told me that when the get the MLS gaskets made i will receive them immediately.
2. The steering shaft joint connection bolt rubs on the header. For the life of me I couldn't make it not to rub. The only way would be to create a small dimple on the header so I can prevent contact with the shaft.
3. I used TTM 90 degree O2 elbows and extenders so the O2 harness was not extended BUT you will HAVE TO extend your oil sensor harness at the bottom of the oil pan. Look at the pictures. There is no other way.

In regards to the gasket, is it not possible to use a gasket for a 1¾" install and trim away some material on the inside?
