I'm done dealing with them. I'm going to dispute the credit card charge if the money is not back on my card Monday morning. I have been more then patient with them. I ordered 3 tcu tunes, 3 ecu tunes, 1 180mm pulley kit, and 2 supercharger pulleys. This was a $3,600 order.

1. They do not return phone calls. When I started running in to problems after the second cable I got a feeling that I was an annoyance instead of a customer.

2. Shipped me a bad cable which I understand happens. Jerry told me he would test the next cable before it was sent out which they flat out did NOT do. So I get the next cable and it does not work. At this point my customer is pissed that I have been wasting his time.

3. When I talk to any of the employees I get nothing but excuses. No responsibility is taken on the part of Eurocharged for the errors their company makes. The delivery date for the pulleys was pushed back three times. The third time it was because "I didn't ship them because I thought you were going to sell it." I let Adam know that this statement made no sense, and he did not really have any reply.

4. I was told my money would be refunded with a screen shot sent from Quick Books to verify my refund. I called Adam back later in the day asking where the e-mail with the screen shot was and he told he had to talk to Jerry before he did anything, but he is out of the country. If that was the case I do not understand why I wouldn't have been told this in the first place.

5. Pricing that fluctuates on a day to day basis. Jerry said he would "throw in" two free transmission tunes which sounded like a good deal. Later I found out that they include tcu tunes for the same prices I paid for just the pulley and ecu tune. My customer who paid full retail for his transmission tune found this out also and was not happy. He felt like I ripped him off.

I ended up loosing a very good customer to my business, but I was able to tell him that I had made a mistake by using Eurocharged.
That is very odd as Jerry and team have always been easy for me to contact and have always been available for Q&A. Have you spoken to Jerry (or just the employees) ?

I have been dealing with Jerry and Adam. Jerry answered all of my technical questions about the products. There was no problem with this aspect. I'm not doubting any of their products (except the new cables) or technical skill. The problems I ran in to were all stated above.

I just received a P/M from another Eurocharged customer. He is having a similar experience, and it had gotten to the point where he disputed the charge with his card company. At this point Eurocharged has threatened legal actions.

I do not know who is in the right in this particular situation, but from my experience with Eurocharged I'm not surprised. I asked him to chime in to this thread. Hopefully my money will be refunded with no more problems. I have documented all of my interactions with this company, and this transaction was ran through the company I work for. There is a ship date of July 29 on the invoice, and its now September 9th.

I still have not received a remote tuning cable that works or either of the supercharger pulleys. I refunded my customer out of my pocket for tcu tune and ecu tune. He refused to send his tcu out to Eurocharged, and I can not blame him. He also tried to directly contact them on three separate occasions and no one answered.

Let me dig in and see wtf is going on...

I know ASP (who makes the sc pullies) has dropped the ball many times on us for this product as they have scaled down operations. I can think of at least 3 "final" dates they had given us for the product release.

I will get back to you asap..

actually he is upset we wouldn't refund him for a pulley that was installed incorrectly and came off the car...and he therefore started a paypal dispute..

Sent another pm, this issue is being handled accordingly and there were a few inaccuracies that need to be addressed.

After dealing with several hundred if not more so called automotive technicians in So Ca in a prior career, I am not surprised most could not properly install a pulley. Honestly I could count on one hand how many of those several hundred I would trust and still be able to jump rope. There are that many incompetent 'professionals' out there. Seen in all.

Some examples of so called established mechanics.

1) Where do you read the tire size?
2) Supercharger and Turbo are the same thing. They just come from different countries!
3) We just put silicone around the water pump, clean it up, charge them for a timing belt job.
4) Little bit of Armor All and they never know it's not a new hose
5) Doesn't matter what transmission fluid, it's all the same.

etc etc etc etc

Loungn I read your p/m this morning, and I am impressed with your offer to make things right. It shows that you know how to handle your end of the business. You got back to me within 24 hours of seeing my problems. Thank you for that. I will be calling my customer to let him know you will take care of him. As far as what Jerry said, he must have me confused with someone else. I let him know ASAP that I needed a cable that worked after the second one was also defective. Today is a new day, and I will strictly be dealing with you from here on out.

The fact he incorrectly installed a pulley is definitely not your guys fault. I p/m'd that guy for details, and he wouldn't give me any details on what happened so I guess that sums up that. This was not an attempt to bash your guys company. After all the good reviews I just needed to figure out what was going on. Loungn took responsibility for another branch of the company that dropped the ball. He had no problem just telling me that is exactly what happened. No company or people are perfect.

He made a good offer to make things right, and more importantly in my book he took responsibility.

So Jake from Eurocharged called me this morning, and he took care of the situation. He made arrangements that made myself happy as well as my customer. I'm very happy to finally have this settled.

Thank you Jake.

Let us know your thoughts on the pulley as soon as you install it and tune it.

A true test of a company is not how they help you during the sale, its how they fix what issues they may have.

You can't make all customers happy because some customers are crazy. If a new product comes out it might be hard to get enough. SO delays might be expected.and if they are giving cables maybe some of could be bad. If you feel you didn't get a fair price why did you pay it. You angry cause you see price cheaper later. Too bad.you agreed on price already.maybe fabricator short ing them.so you wa.t to charge back cause you say its a week late.you mention another smuck with a problem. You don't mention. He's asking for money back on used goods.i have a business i am so tired of smuck customers.

I would be interested to see guys with the sc pulley, dyno before and then after adding the belt wrap kit so we can really see how much slippage is going on, as it must be increased with the smaller pulley and only that much belt contact.

Meinersk don't be stupid. I'm in no way a "crazy" customer.

EDIT

I just reread your post. I asked for money back on used parts??? I did no such thing. I was told parts would be here on xx-xx-xxxx date. They did not show up. This happened 3 times. I'm unreasonable for being upset about that? Get with it buddy.

i just installed my pulley but its making a rattling noise... although seems like the more i drive it its going away, anyways i'll keep you posted
we added enough shims to make it .55mm clearance so i'd say 3 or 4

noise has been kinda going away as i was driving so i'll drive it like this for a week or two and than see if its still there
