Rear airmatic strut\shock absorber
Looking at the pic in the link
http://mb.ilcats.ru/part/class/1/cco.../vers//imgno/3
Is part 30 and part 40 the same . My strut has the part added in part number 40, it's the part that has the wiring coming out of it ( part number 50)
I hit some metal work in the road that has ripped of one of two canisters attached to the suspension leg ( the bit that's on part 40, but not on 30) is this a seperate part ? Or just not shown in the part diagram .
This is hard to explain !

Thank you for the help.
So it has the res on the leg and the part with the wires coming out of ?
Mine has two units on the arm , a steel resivor and a part with wires coming out of it . The res is still attached but the part with the wires going to it has been smashed off .
It's the part with the wires honing into it that comes with the shock/leg as well ?
Thanks
Marc
