Okay, here you go.

I have a Eurocharged HE up front with a Meziere pump, a 3.5 gal trunk tank with a Rule2000 pump, AND.......(secret)...a Cobra HE welded under the trunk. All 3/4 hoses and a 1.5 gal meth tank. Meth only comes on at 11lbs of boost.

Now the other secret is the route it runs. Some people will say its wrong, but It works with my setup.

It goes from trunk tank - SC - front HE - Cobra (rear) HE - trunk tank

Example: In 89 degree weather we filled the trunk tank with ice. We did a fourth gear pull on the dyno to 181mph and when the car was back at idle we opened the trunk tank and checked (with laser thermo) the temp of the water in the tank. It was 69 degrees and no ice left. Also my surge tanks are cold to the touch after a pull (due to meth). IATs through the entire run NEVER went over 110.

My 11.03 run at Silver Dollar Raceway was done in 100 degree weather or should I say "HEAT".
Great work E , wow.. a bit over my head LOL but I will mull it over ! I dont track my car as you and the rest of the gang do , so the ice and rear tank is not applicable to me unless I can find a way for the tank to use 50/50 mix and use for regular spirited driving ....would love to have an extra MB just to set up for track use only ....but would love to join you some day !! Regards,
Max

My set up also works very well for spirited street driving. It still keeps the water cool with out ice. So you can do back to back runs on the street with out any heat soak. Remember my car is still daily driven.

Redbull - Very nice setup. I can't imagine the rear heat exchanger is doing much given the orientation, but it can't hurt either...As for the routing, I actually think it makes perfect sense - even without ice....

The second HE made a huge difference on the temp of the water. Before we installed it I would have to add ice before every pass at the track. There wasn't enough being cooled before it got back to the tank. Now the second HE holds 1.3 gal of water that is being cooled before going back in the tank. And if you notice it's welded at an angle and it scoops air on both sides of the HE and it cools very quickly. Now I can do two passes and the water still is not hot. It's warm but not hot.

Wow, that is a lot of corrosion/oxidation. I don't know too much about that system, but those are the air diverter valves. They are not used for cooling the supercharger.

You should start a new thread. You will probably get more help that way.

Is it a humid climate where you live? The pictures make it look like you live in a coastal region with salty sea air that seems to corrode everything.

no, car come from USA. I really wonder and confused when i saw that. I thought there was water inside even i know and it is not possible

There are 2 valves connected to those hoses. I cleaned hoses and the holes. However i don't know what should i do the those 2 air valves.

those are part of the secondary air injection system. should not have lime deposits in them. I may have some used ones
