early 04 updated valeo radiator glycol failure???

early 04 updated valeo radiator glycol failure???

has anybody with an early build date 04 e55 had glycol contamination? I found out i have an updated valeo radiator but it still got me really paranoid so i'm considering doing the external trans cooler. anybody have any opinions on this? thanks

Wasn't the Behr radiator suppose to totally eliminate the design flaw? I had the same problem with my C32, and the dealer replaced the torque converter and the radiator with Behr once the glycol test was positive.

I was looking at getting a behr, but at $500 for a radiator, I think its such a ripoff.
