Moving to....
Hey Guys,
I got offered a job in Reston, VA so will be moving this week! I cannot wait to move out of crappy *** NJ. Wondering how many members in MD/NoVa area. I know my buddy Clayton is there but that is about it

Nice, I used to work in Tysons Corner, VA... I'm a MD guy myself though. Looking to meet up with some fellow AMG'ers to learn a few things.

Welcome to VA. I work in Herndon (Next to Reston). Tons of restaurants. And no, it is illegal to have your RD mounted in VA (regardless of out of state plates). There are many other places to hide it of course. NOVA is probably the worst place as far as cops go.
hit me up if you need any local help.

How about a run to MIR for one of their test and tunes?
Weather sucks, so no PB's...but I want to do some datalogging of IAT's and such anyway.

I have lived all over the south and the Virginia accent is just the wildest.
Have never lived there (just met people) but if it's like other places in the south, brush up on your North VS South civil war trivia.
As a New Yorker coming down, I don't know how many times I had to say, " My great grandparents immigrated through Ellis Island. We had nothing to do with the friggin Civil War"
Loved the southern people and miss um dearly. Once they get to know you, they would give a kidney for ya.

Lord help us.....
Can't wait until your introduction to Dulles Toll Road, 495, and RT 66 traffic. That AMG will be traded for a Chevy Volt in 2 weeks.
Welcome to the DMV where you have to shave twice on your daily commute and thunderstorms just shut this place down for a week.
