TIRE SELECTION HELP !!!

What's u guyz I need your help and I'm fairly new to posting here so please bare with me. I'm receiving my new rim (monarh 63rs 20 inch) this week and having a hard time choosing which tire size to get for it and brand. I hear the brand matters on how think the sidewall will be as well but not sure how true that is. Anyway any suggestion would help. I think I narrowed it down to either 245/35/20 and 275/30/20 or 245/30/20 and 285/25/20. I want the low profile look but I live in Jersey so streets aren't that friendly to me. Thanks
