Anyone melt their brake wear sensor wires?
Curious - one or two of mine melted this past weekend, and as a result, my car is saying it needs brake service...
If so, did you bypass it or replace the sensor?

Not sure about the melting, but my guess is the wires were too close to the discs, the are flexible but stiff enough you can set them in a position far enough away from the discs to not incur any damage or major heat issues.
Just replace them, they are only like $7-$8 each.
