Ouch lol. That was a beat down, was this with same performance as the 111mph trap listed in your sig? Trying to figure out how you smoked him so bad.

Very nearly, yes. The only difference being I now have the dual Needswings intake, and I replaced the intercooler (below the charger) with one that wasn't leaking LOL.

I also put in a few gallons of 100 octane, to prevent timing from being pulled in 4th gear due to IATs.

The air was nice and cool during that run (65°) so I simply chalk it up to a better hook and a solid run. My next two runs were 1mph slower, mainly due to heat soak.

I got a few good shots of your car, let me know if you want 'em. I'm the guy that asked for the interior shot early that morning

FASN8N -- great kills! I was amazed at how well the wagon did. Educated a great many folks.

My girl had zero traction in 1st and 2nd, but it was epic going sideways out the whole, open headers and Vossen CV7s doing their buzinassss!
LOL, That is sooo freakin' cool! Man, I would have loved to see your car run. I don't use this too often but per your description "Epic!"

I've got a 2007 CTSV (1st gen.) with the LS2 motor in my garage and to be honest, I would have been surprised if he didn't kill it. They are only 400 HP N/A motors and while I'm sure with mods they can make some pretty good power, the 55 is on a whole other level when it comes to torque and straight line acceleration. Not to mention the V has a six speed tranny, which makes it fun to drive, but not that great from a dig. My E would pull pretty hard on my Caddy when it was stock and will absolutely destroy it now with just the few mods I have done.

Great list of kills though FASN8N

The car I ran against looked a lot like your car. It sounded awesome with the healthy cam he was running too.

He was my first run of the day and we both chose to race from a roll at a 30mph roll. I edged him out, but not by much!

Super cool guy, we talked about the race and are putting down similar power numbers. It was just a game of traction since we were so close in MPH

Sounds like a lot of fun for sure! If you would have ran him from a dig I bet he would have seen nothing but tail lights. That Swagger Wagon must have turned quite a few heads....
It's great when a bunch of people that all have the same passion can get together and have a fun time like that.

That was the really neat thing about this event. Very little "elitism" from anyone. There was everything from a smoke-spewing diesel, to a twin-turbo Gallardo and both owners (and all in between) were equally approachable. Even my little red-headed stepchild got some interest from folks driving cars costing five times as much

It was mentioned that there *may* be a spring and fall event next year. I'm already ready to go back.
