Command turns off and on by its self

Command turns off and on by its self
Have had this for a bit now, but never got round to fixing it.
While driving and listening to radio, or ipod, the command will just shut its self off and then back on and then off and on again.
I noticed it is mostly triggered if I take sharp hard turns left and push the car.
Also noticed if its hot outside it tends to do it more often, some times its OK for days. Prolonged driving also tends to make it happen also
Last I recall checking into this, no fault codes were stored
Your Thoughts as to what can cause this?

I get it when I drive about 2 hours straight when its in the 90's out. Once it cools off it's back on again. Seems to me the amp in the trunk is overheating.

yeah its that damn audio gateway module (agw) located in the trunk on the drives side. its heat sensitive and thats a sign its about to go dead. some of the newer models have built in fans but even 1 i had the fan and it still died! merc have refurbished units for about $270 with your core exchange. good luck! i have spent a lot of time and money trying to fix this system. went thru 2 agws before it started working right. lol. like i said, good luck but its definitely the agw: its the brain of the whole audio system.

2009 E350 4matic
I'm currently experiencing an issue with my Comand system in my 2009 E350. I turn on the car and the display will not turn on, no radio, bluetooth, etc. Completely black. I'm wondering if it may be a fuse issue, which I hope is the case. Can anyone give any suggestions. Would like to try to use the "take to the shop" option as a last resort. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

comand not turning on
check the fuses first, should have a fuse diagram in the trunk of the car. if the fuses checks out and you want to be adventureous, some how your comand may have gotten unplugged in the back of the unit. its very tough for these unit to get "unplugged" but worth a look before you give in to the dealership. did you have any work done recently? any added components? did you hardwire a radar detector? etc etc... if anybody has been in the area of the comand to install anything to the existing system may have helped to "unplug" the comand. weird for the comand not to even flash the merc logo?? so leads to believe either the fuses or the unit's unplugged and after that..... it only gets worst. hope thats all it is tho.
