Suppose I would post up a garage pic to keep it ot, sure I have one lying around in a file..... like the lift pic, but my head it too tall and I don't like working in my garage with a crash helmet.
Awesome! A supplement I've had great success with is Myo-t12. It's a mystatin reducer/supresser and it works really well for me. As I understand it as we age our test decreases and myostatin increases robbing us of hard earned muscle so in your 40's the goal is to reduce myostatin levels and increase your test levels. That's basically what I solve for along with getting plenty of protein. So far so good, I'm 6'2, 250 and pretty solid. I need to get down to 230 lbs to start seeing my abs, but for now I'm happy.

Great supplement MYo-t12, many people don't know about it and it drops your myo levels by about 40% in 12 hours. I've used it for over 2 years and it is truely the fountain of youth IMHO.

Sorry about the hijack!

You can find them cheaper than that place, though. I got mine on serious sale from Home Depot. My set-up is 2 starter sets and 2 add-on lights.
Thank you, this is very helpful!

Anyone know of any good pre-made workbenches out there? I'm looking for a taller, standup one that's pre-made that I can put in my garage to work on stuff.

Thanks, this is a cool thread!

I'd check out that mygaragestore.com place, they seem to sell lots of nice stuff as far as benches and storage go. I just built my own out of 4x4's and plywood. Got my wheel bags in from tirerack yesterday,

Very nice, like your driveway. Good to have a decision each morning for your commute.

Ive been driving the E36 M3 for a week now. Its a great car, so much fun to go around turns. Something the E55 doesn't know how to do lol.

E55 wagon, Porsche 550 replica
It is always a challenge to clear out clutter faster than my family can add it, but it is reasonable tonight. This one is an unusual setup. 42 feet deep so it looks just like a two car garage from the outside. The guy who built the house did some pretty serious woodwork and built it so the inner half could be his workshop.

I love the fact that there is a car seat in the 550

If I could afford a real one, I would have a better garage.

Still it is tube frame, mid-engine, air cooled, and weighs very little. It is less common than a Cobra replica, but a similar concept with a fiberglass body on a tube frame. Everyone loves the car seat in it, especially my son. The Wagon is faster, but this gets a lot more positive feedback.

Now to fill it up!

And this guy likes to stay outdoors

This is also why you don't use jacks. This is from an oil change

interesting! you installed the floor with the HUGE squares, and didn't break them up into individual.

I took the big squares down to each one:

At first I wanted to do that but I'm lazy ahahah. Seeing your picture though makes me regret not doing so. I noticed you don't have the edgers? I have some spares if you want.

haha, at first I thought about doing the big squares, and thought, ****... might as well.

I'd love any extra edgers if you have some laying around.

I personally like the bigger squares, seems to make it less busy from the pics. Might have to purchase some
