Seattle area MB performance?
Any NW guys have success stories using performance shops with your AMG? I know of benchmark motoring in Bellevue, but they seems more stereo and wheels than tunes and hard parts. TIA.

Thinking about a pulley install and tune, nothing major. I'm pretty good with tools and installs, but I'm at the point where I'd rather trust it to a pro.

Im a huge fan of Mercedes Garage in Bellevue. Mostly known for their service, they've been a fantastic supporter of all of my random mods. I'm sure they could install your pulley and you could roll outside + get a remote tune from Jerry.
If that doesnt work, Car Nutz is the popular (albeit more expensive) option and is just down the street. The could probably take care of you for most your needs.

Contact whipplem104 (Russell) he have a shop in Bellevue, Mercedes Centrum. they specialized in MB. Russell install my LTH and coilovers for a very reasonable price, cheaper than any where I looked. He also can lower your car via STAR.
I wouldn't go to Car nutz, they do high end accessories, wheels, caliper paint, car detailing. One time it took them 2 day just to install my Kleeman headers on my E55, they had to sent the car out to another shop becase no one know how to weld and they don't own a welder. I can't prove it but I think they joy ride in my car.

Ive also been to Russell's (whipplem104) shop. Great work, useful welding, and affordable prices. I dunno who in the area can get you a tune - just install stuff, but Carbconn has a dyno and is likely able to tune you.

Hey, what are the best shops you mention in the Vancouver area please?
Do they all have Star capabilities?
I have check engine with red gas cap warning but require the Mercedes codes but i want to avoid the stealer at all cost.
thank you

[QUOTE=Bellevue_E55;5400728]Adam at Mercedes Garage is only one I would use.
The work on my SL was sub-par. I will not return to Mercedes Garage.
On the other hand my experience with Russell is great. He did my rear ends on the SL and CLK and had them completed on time and without issues.

Jesse at Eurosport Motorplex in Renton has a nice shop. He has a sweet Stage 4 Kleeman E55 he did all the install work on and knows his Mercedes cars. Another option on the table to choose from for Mercedes maintenance and performance work.

when I first bought my car in Bellvue - the owner recommended the local dealer, I didn't use them for my PPI (they don't do them) so I used the one up in Lynnwood - they did pretty well and their dealership is pretty well known in the AMG realm...

You're right about CarNutz being no longer. I think CarNutz became CNC - and then they moved away from Park Place. I had CNC install my 50w HID fogs a few weeks ago. They did a good job, and the fogs are amazing!

Jesse @ Eurosport Motorsport is a former Mercedes Master Tech and a Ferrari Master Tech. He is not only super compitent, he is an enthusiast!
His partner, Richard is also a 10 year Mercedes veteran. Very skilled at alignments (new state of the art laser machine) and all phases of maintenance and upgrades.
Finally a good alternative in Seattle (Renton Landing area)

Where is Car Nutz? I just bought a 2021 E63 and am looking to have some tuning done, some light paint work done, and downpipes installed. I just moved to Seattle from Florida and am trying to get familiar with shops here. Appreciate any advice.

Car Nutz closed down a while ago. My best suggestion would be German Autohaus in Woodinville. They do a lot of Mercedes and exotics.
