I do not mind you hating on my car but you have no clue of my financials or an idea regarding how much I paid for the car. So saying that I was only able to purchase this car cuz it does not have the same value anymore is pretty immature of you.
Respect is earned and it's not a right. So if you want "kids" to respect you I'd say, start by acting "Mature" and treading your words carefully in future.

Thanks and yeah , only place the dip got removed was when I had to switch from winter to summer tires and they use a machine to take tires off.

Just cuz Plasti-dip costs less compared to a wrap people have given the name a connotation of "low class, cheap material" whereas in actuality it is far better than a wrap.

Not a plastic can, the Painter used a normal spray gun to do it, in a similar manner a car is painted.

I wouldn't say that it's "far better than a wrap", but it's a great alternative without spending loads of money. Vinyl wrap comes out smoother, cleaner, and easier to maintain compared to plastidip. The cool thing about plastidip is the fact that pretty much anyone can do (and undo) it with the DipYourCar.com kits.
This is smooth too, I think the pics don't do justice but yes vinyl itself ofcourse is more smooth than rubber. I don't think just for smoothness alone the price is justified. Also I can get more shine in this with more glosifier which when doing my car was used in a limited matter since I did not want a lot of shine.
Vinyl can't be taken into car washes, it'll rip apart when I brush snow off my car, this material softcloth and touchless car wash , and harsh snow storm weathers has endured very well.
Think about it people spend 300$ on the scoops, this is double that money and I get so much protection for the original car paint that I cannot describe.

im sure vinyl can be taken into touchless wash. you shouldnt use anything other than touchless anyways...
if you like your car dipped. dont worry about what others have to say. even tho i think stock black paint is way more baller than the dip.

lol I don't take it for automated wash anyways. I do the wash myself at a self wash.
David , you might get a chance to see it in person if we end up having that meet on 23, I'll get a chance to compare it with the vinyl you have on your chrome .

yeah i think leaving some of the chrome emblems may give it an additional "pop". looks like you are experimenting and see nothing wrong with it. although it may not be what many of forum members/owners may do to their cars, if you just wanted to see how it looked and maybe change to white next time or red or whatever color, its your experimentation, dont see a "wrong" or "right", just you trying to get a look thats different and maybe unique to your taste, your style....so continue on brother and dont let the harsh words or sentiments deter you in your car or life's endevours man! be easy.
