Please help: 2003 E55 issue with supercharger
Hello,
I am new to this forums and I don't know anything about car. I just bought E55 with Kleemann stage 2 installed with no cat. I live in san jose, california so the smogcheck is an issue. This morning my car was buckling up or jerking whenever I tried to accelerate. What I did was following the instruction in this forums by resetting the ecu. Now that problem has gone away but it seems like supercharger is not engaging (I don't feel the pull and the power like when I first got the car). I have read and the suggestion it could be the icu. So now I am stuck with a car which won't pass smog and the issue with supercharger. Any suggestion would be great (including where can I get the smogcheck) or anyone know any shop in San Jose would check out the car would be very wonderful. Thanks for reading my long issue

I would say first check and be sure you didn't break/lose your supercharger belt.
Does the car even on the first time you get on it after starting and going for a ride not go like it should?

When did you buy the car, it's very illegal to sell a car without a cat. Also in Ca the seller is responsible by law to get the car to pass smog, even though you've bought it they're still responsible to fix it!
