2005 E55 AMG
start/stop clunk
Hi all brand newbie here.

I have a 2005 E55 with about 60K on it. At a light if I lightly let off the brakes and then back on it feels as though the right front brake grabs last and is associated with a soft clunk. Its reproducible and no other noises i.e. in and out of parking lots occur.

Any thoughts?

Check your caster arm bushings sounds like one of them is broken it is the arm that stabilizes the wheel when braking. Especially if you can feel a slight thunk or grab and release. Thi is the culprit.
