Looking at a 2008 blk/blk loaded incl. perf. option tomorrow

I am going to look at 2008 E63 tomorrow and it has every option including the performance option so my two questions are...does the performance option give you more horsepower and is it faster? I read about most of the differences...ie: rear end, headliner, steering wheel, wheels. My next question is...do you guys like those wheels? I like the others better so if I buy it, how much are these 3 piece wheels worth and would it kill the car for resale later if I sold them?

I think it is tuned a little more "aggressive" which gives you more power.

I like the OEM wheels on those as well as the older ones. I wouldn't say it would hurt resale. Worst case, just keep them set aside and run what you like. I wouldn't go into it worrying about resale. Just buy the car you like, and do what you like to it so you can enjoy it and not worry about what the next guy might think

Good luck.

I would actually offer them as trade for the everyday wheels and some cash...but like you said...I want to enjoy it and not worry about resale so I will sell them if I get that car. I will look at the car today...it is a friend of a friend so I will know today whether I will buy it or not.
