2003 W211 E55, 2003 W220 S600
On a W211 E63 NA motor the C63 mufflers will not change the exhaust note drastically. Just delete your secondary cats.

I just realized this is an E63 you are wanting to put the mufflers on. Yeah, they won't be a big difference. However, if you go through with it, I'd like first crack at your E63 mufflers.
