Looking to do long tube headers with mid pipe and x pipe and secondary cats direct bolt up to the resanator i know there are two companies American Racing/ and MBH motorsports out there both have great reputations as far as i know so if anyone could please leave me feedback on headers i would appreciate it looking for best fitment and best power gains but direct bolt on is what im looking for...

Probably sold the CLS. Someone selling headers in the E55 forum, not that familiar with the interchangeability between the two. Something to look into though.

I got MBH headers/mids/x-pipe on my E55 and they are just awesome, very good quality and power gains are accurate!! No modifications needed to make stuff fit!! Direct replacement all the way to the resonator. Not sure about keeping the secondaries though because mine are gone and that is right where the xpipe now sits. My primaries are gone as well but I believe MBH has an option for high flow cats. They were definitely worth the money

thanks for your imput.. im leaning towards mbh headers, but i dont want to retain secondary cats or primaries... im looking to do headers midsection and xpipe but my main concern is passing emissions in NY... i neeed a tune that will guarantee me to pass emissions if any body can provide me with a good tuner that can make this happen any imput i would be highly appreciate it

You need 02 extenders and a tune from speedriven, kleeman, eurocharged, oetuning, I think many tuners can tune for this

Our new updated system does not need o2 extensions. We constantly revisit our stuff and try to make it better. listening to everyone's input

The issue is not with the tune, but hardware. I wish SpeedRiven would respond as they (and us) had both at one point.
