Competition improves the breed.
He loves the new AMG E55, but i think he just didn't want the wait list. Drove this car and my god, it's sweet!

Thanks for the pics! I'm sure it drives awesome, however I think the styling is lacking... I hope the new A6/S6/RS6 is a bit more visually exciting. It'd be nice to have to agonize over which car to get next

I've said it many times before:
the RS6 falls short in many areas--
**looks: the most bland looking $90,000 sports car ever designed--looks almost EXACTLY like an A6 which is a really bland car to begin with.
**interior: the least luxurious and/or attractive looking interior of any current sports car over $50,000.
**resale will be brutally unattractive (especially vs. E55)
**currency: this car will be outdated in a matter of months as the new A6 is already in the wings.
I'm sure it's a great car to drive.
And I have respect for what Audi's trying to accomplish, both with the RS6 and the rest of their line.
But the RS6 is just a poor choice for a top end sport sedan.
The waiting is, however, painful if you're on "the list" for a long time.
