Banging Suspension

Banging Suspension
Hello all,
For some reason in the past week or so the suspension has been banging really hard. It doesn't feel like a Mercedes. I got a visual inspection done on them and the dealer tells me everything is fine but I know it isn't the same from "a smooth landing in the pot hole" now it's "throwing me in the pot hole" frikking sport modes seems more comfortable because the dampen the suspension and I don't feel the bang.
I am going for a road test with the service foreman tomorrow. Any one got any idea what it could be ? I get no error messages or anything at all.

If your rear shocks have gone bad you will not get any warning on the instrument cluster. Now if you rear air bag fails then yes you will get a error on the instrument cluster.
Also do a search for dead body thud

I see you recommended them to do the same search. One of them saw the rear bushing has been shot. I have the so called after market bumper to bumper warranty so hopefully I'll be covered in it but if I am not do you know any place where I can get those parts for no as expensive as mercedes sells ?
I'm from Canada just a fyi.

Just checked another thread it isn't exactly a sound it's just feels like the suspension hits me back instead of softly returning back. I think , like you said it could be shock absorbers. Are the shock absorbers and Airmatic one and the same thing ?
