VIDEO----Secondary Cats Deleted on e63 at Last!
#26
I just had my secondary cats cut out and a magnaflow standard x pipe installed. the sound isn't nearly as loud and snappy as the E63 in the video. I would say it got a little louder but sounds tuned. If that makes sense.
I got mine done at CN mufflers. They are on Beechnut and cook. Charged me $180 and did a pretty good job.

No. I replaced that and the secondary cats with the X pipe. the factory resonator is still intact. I may end up removing that soon as well. I'll try to get a picture of what they welded in.

I just crawled under my car to get a pic of the X pipe I had done. Since I haven't posted one yet, here is also a picture of my car. Please note that I bought the car in its current color scheme. The only thing I have done is the lowering module, X-pipe and remove the tint from the headlights.

Nice ride, but I agree... don't do stuff like that like in your neighborhood. It's childish and disrespectful IMHO. I wouldn't do that in my neighborhood and I sure as hell wouldn't want some idiot revving his engine and doing flybys. I get enough of that with teens and their rice burners whenever they see my ride outside the garage.
