I am new to the forum with a 2000 e55. does anyone know if the new twin spoke e55 wheels will fit my offset.

The wheels on the new 2003 W211 E55 chassis do not fit the 1999-2002 W210 E55 'properly' without modification. Your E55 uses 12mm ball seat lug bolts and the new car uses 14mm ball seat lug bolts. It is not a good idea to use 12mm ball seat lugbolts (from your E55) in a 14mm ball seat holes from the W211 wheels. You could have the brake hubs re-drilled out to 14mm.

The offsets are a good match.
