No "REPLY" box anymore?

No "REPLY" box anymore?
Is it just me or did the forum change and there isn't a box to reply in anymore and you must click on the " post reply" button to then open up a box to then reply in. I am getting annoyed by it because it seems stupid to have the extra step to reply to a thread. I don't think I did anything to my settings to maybe change something, so assume this is some update to the forum?

Ok, apparently something is up with my browser. Just tried a different one and it works correctly. Hmmm.. Maybe a computer restart will do the trick.
EDIT: Still messed up
DOUBLE EDIT: Fixed!!! Yes!!
haha. There is a little arrow to collapse the box on the right side, or undo it to see the box. Apparently I some how closed it without knowing.
