I don't get it..... The majority of the car and the problems that I have heard about AMG's are related to the MB side of the equasion. In the one post on this site about and engine failure it sounded like AMG crated up a motor and sent it to be replaced ASAP.
Is the issue someone can't get a problem fixed or do they just want to know that they can call "someone at AMG." I agree most dealerships know far less about AMG's than other cars but they do know abou the MB base models and this is where most of the problems with our cars lie.... HA sanyone here tried to contact BMW Motorsport group? Good Luck!
I don't blame AMG for not wanting to be contacted every time a piece of trim falls off the car or a Kompressor squeaks. I want them focused on cutting 500 lbs out of my next car and getting 700HP out of a new 5.5.
Who cares if MBUSA will not give out a number to call them directly? Talk with you money at the dealership.
Venting......
