Trunk Tank??

Good morning guys,I have a question for those of you that are running trunk tanks.. Back in 2006 when we were running them,we only ran one CM90 pump to feed a large H/E and the trunk tank.. I notice that most of you are running a Rule 2000 and a Mez up front.. Since my tank is an old school setup that doesn't have a bilge pump inside, can I just run the Bosh 10 upfront and the Mez in the trunk next to the tank?? Does this setup really need two pumps?? My mechanic seems to think we can just run the Mez in the back and be done with it..I would appreciate your feedback..

Single cm90 at the back is enough.

On my e55, I have two meziere pumps, one next to the trunk tank and one in the oem location upfront. I have total of 5 gallons of liquid icluding what is in the hoses. I am 10* above ambient under normal conditions.

Digging this back up: with more folks on the trunk tanks now, what are people normally going with? The single bilge pump in the tank (a la Rule 2000), a big inline pump at the rear (a la Mez or CM90), or a combo of those with an inline pump at the front? What are the downsides of these setups? I've heard cavitation for running a front/back setup with different pumps, and I've heard slow flow/build up through the intercooler with only a single rear pump.

With more folks out there doing it, what is the verdict? Also, e55amgrocket, you mentioned testing them both-do you happen to have those results still? Thanks guys-

Weistec wants me to run another pump on top of the CM90 so I had to go with their tank. So my 5Gal tank is for sale (almost brand new) for $200 for anybody interested.
