EURO-SPEC Power Folding Mirrors for 07-09 W211

Welp got done with the install over the weekend. Ran into what I thought was a problem because when I installed them there was some wiggle with the mirror/base. What I didn't realize was that the mirrors once powered had to adjust forward, then back. Now there is no wiggle between the two pieces.
I did have to take my outer shells off the mirrors and the mirror base to install on the power folding mirrors. That wasn't too bad after finding some information online on how to take apart the mirrors completely.
The above part numbers that I posted are simply the motor interiors. So one has to remove their shells so that everything is pretty again. And actually put the two pieces together and snake the wires through the little spaces that keep it in place.

Nice mod honestly. It's a shame that these didn't come standard on the US models.

E320 CDI
I have a 2004 w211 e320 om648 kombi( all options but this folding mirror button) here in Europe. I don't really care about the folding mirror option, but I do want the 06-09 facelifted model. Will they work with a normal plug & play function or is programming needed?
