Hi,
My 2005 E55 crack pulley is vibrating a little bit. You can notice a humming sound from idle to low acceleration. I know could be a clip but sometime the rubber part get toasted. Being this crank pulley an harmonic reducer, pulley kits as Eurocharged, Renntech, etc are a full replacement of the harmonic reducer?
With the price of a new oem pulley I can purchase a 172mm kit from Eurocharged.

Yes. The aftermarket crank pulleys replace the factory crank pulley. Be sure to use a new bolt when installing the new crank pulley.
