Congrats. I would suggest checking out your manual. Lot's of useful info in there! Those led's have to do with your parktronic sensors.

As far as I know you should be fine because you have your primary cats that have your O2 sensors, then your secondary that go in to your resonator's then to your mufflers.
Just by delete the charcol filters and replace them with K&n's or BMC, you will pick up 12whp 6wtq. I still need a tune and a 90mm t-body.
