Idler Pulley Wobble
If you have issues with any idler pulleys which tend to wobble or have too much play then I have a solution - PM me.
Subjective maybe, but anything more than 12-15 thousands of an inch play at the outer edge of a pulley makes me uncomfortable enough to want to improve mine.
