Aftermarket Sirius XM unit?

Anyone have any ideas on something nice to put in my car for XM radio?

My car is not pre-wired for the OEM one and from what I understand it's not worth wiring it up myself.

Anyone know of any nice unites that I can mount somewhere cleanly? Maybe the ashtray?

I am using a Cartronics unit for XM. It shows up through the Comand system. Cartronics has closed since the owner died. I do not know of any other companies that offer similar products.

EDIT: I just found the following alternative:

I looked into them, it's 749 plus an XM tuner...

Anyone know where I can find some info on hardwiring it? At this point if everything is reasonably priced I might end up just wiring it all up my self on a weekend.

E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
Been awhile since I looked, but you could put together a factory setup for that kind of money, even if you had to scoop up some of it off eBay...
