Could someone please tell me an aftermarket replacement for the 2003 E55 tire pressure monitor?

as long as the frequency is the same MHz as stock they will work.

My 04 E55 is equipped with TPMS and it operates on 315 MHz.
It is the "high order" that displays actual tire pressure in PSI.
I THINK non AMG E class cars use the 433.
A mount dis mount is no fun.
A good source for the sensors is OE Wheels.

Call your dealer with vin to be sure!!!
