Eurocharged second to none
Jerry from Eurocharged was one of them, he heard about it and offered his help if I needed anything. I mentioned to him that I was going to work on getting the car back running with a stock crank pulley. I would then get him to tune it for a stock pulley with all my other mods and then had interest in getting a supercharger pulley at a later date.
Jerry asked me for my address of where I would want one shipped and didn't ask for anything else and simply said he was sending me a supercharger pulley in a few days when he got the bearings back in stock. He 2nd day aired the pulley (he was going to overnight it but I said 2 day would be fine) and said he wanted to get me back going good again and not to worry about it that I was dealing with enough. It is nice to have people/companies out there that aren't just looking to get your every penny but are actually in to what they do and look out for people also.
I had to leave the country for work the day after I installed the new supercharger pulley so didn't really get a chance to drive the car much or go get it dynoed and tuned so I have been waiting to write about my experience. I just returned home and was able to get to the dyno today and had Jerry get me a tune to have the car running well.
I went to this same dyno back in May of 2011 with all the same mods (Kleeman headers with x pipe and magnaflow mufflers, 80mm throttle body, 550 injectors, Eurocharged heat exchanger, etc) other than at that time I had a 180 crank pulley and today I have a stock crank pulley with the supercharger pulley instead.
I don't know if it makes any difference but I will note that back then I was on 19" SL63 AMG wheels and now I am on the 20" Vossen CV7s.
For a little comparison back then on this dyno I did 499whp and 553wtq with the 180 pulley with these same uncorrected/smoothing 0 settings and that was with the car running thousands of miles on the tune so it was certainly adapted. Today after we flashed the car and did 2 runs (2nd run maybe 2 minutes after the 1st) the car did what is shown in the graph 480whp 497wtq. Jerry mentioned the car should adapt a little bit with some miles on it and the power may/should go up slightly as well. So I may end up not to terribly far off the hp I had before with the bigger crank pulley running about 1.5psi more boost than I am now with the small supercharger pulley. I will return to the dyno in a few weeks out of curiousity if I do in fact pick up anything or not.
I am hoping the car will be a little more consistent now too (which it was on the dyno doing 3 runs all in the 470s).1st run after flash 476 then 479.9 then 474). Back when I had the 180 crank pulley the car did a first run after running on the dyno for a few minutes so it was warm/hot at 468whp, we then did a run right after and it dropped in to the 450s. At that time we let it get completely cool to the touch and then did the 499whp run so I would say today the car showed to be much more consistent with all 3 runs in the 470s.
Here is the highest run from today. The weather was Temp 76.6, barometric pressure 30.32 and humidity of 18%.
Sorry the pic kind of sucks, I had the shop send me the files instead of printing the run out and go figure my printer was out of ink so I had to just take a screen shot. I also noticed my scale is off on the left side of the graph showing the tq line over 500, but just go by the scale on the right for tq and the left for hp.

I still don't have much driving time on the car but it seems to be moving along well.
I just wanted to say thanks again to Jerry from Eurocharged (and a little from Adam too

I have had my nightmares with Tuners on different makes, but with my first dealings with Eurocharged/Jerry I could already tell I am in good hands. I'm looking to do more business with them in the future.

Where were your dyno numbers from, Rage-tech down in Miami area? I did just over 500 there (like 502 I think) forget what it was with the 180, so it is probably pretty close to reading the same as this dyno I used today since I have done the 499 previously on this dyno. Those Rage-tech numbers were SAE though, so they could be close or a big different depending on the weather I guess.
Do you know what size belt you are running? I just installed a new belt today which is the Gates K080505HD.
EDIT: See you added a graph. How the heck did your torque jump up so much between those 2 runs?

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

I wanted to get to the track but won't be able to this time home which sucks.

along with the 82mm tb should be some nice gains

Fixxfest is every year in November at the Bradenton motorsports park (1/4 mile track) near Tampa. It is a European car show that also has 1/4 mile track open for the day. Mostly VW and Audi but there are a handful of BMW or Benz that show up. Last year myself, berti and greasemonkey were there with 55s and one or two others were there too in different Benzs. One was a C63 with nitrous.
