Dyno Calibration or Mechanical issues?

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this.

I went to do a couple of baseline pulls on a Dynojet before I install my headers and intake, and the results came out fairly odd. 447whp/447wtq. My mods are the following: 82mm TB with EC box tune, cat/secondary resonator delete, bigger HE, Bosch 010 pump. Stock boost. Here's the part that got me thinking.

The HP number seems plausible for the mods, however the TQ number seems a little low, especially given the low-end torque of these cars.
The car saw many track days last season and in all the runs I had I could never get a 60ft under 1.8 despite hooking and launching it properly(16" MT drag radials). After doing a few maintenance items, fresh 02 sensors and a new factory Torque converter, the car managed to go 11.6x@120 on a cold day, however the 60ft times were still in the high 1.7x.

The car still pulls like a freight train, all the maintenance items have been addressed (with the exception of the fuel filters), new plugs, IAT's were well under 120 at the end of the dyno run, the IC pump is fresh, system is properly bled, no DTC, clean adaptation values. The only thing I am missing is the AFR during the dyno run since their 02 wasn't hooked up.

So my question is, am I thinking too far into this and It just might be the way the dyno is set up, or is there a potential mechanical problem that's costing me torque(I.E overly rich at low RPM, or low timing for whatever reason)

Thanks for reading

I messed with my mid section and went from 550ftlbs to 600 going back to the stock mid section.you will def pick up a lot more torque with a pulley and I would not worry about it.

You want to see high torque numbers on a dynojet? use 4th gear, ill bet it makes 20 more ftlbs over 3rd gear

Interesting, I might have to put in an Xpipe while I am doing the headers as it is a true dual setup right now. The run was done in 3rd and it upshifted right at the end.

Who cares what the dyno says, it is just a tuning tool. You got your accurate results from the track, with your mods and those times, you car is making the TQ/HP it should be I would love it if my car always read low on the dyno, and then ran super fast times, but thats just me. BTW, that dyno does seem to be calibrated on the stingy side so I would not sweat it
