No. Rear diffusers for our car is very rare. A company called Eurotek made a limited run a couple years back I think. The Ebay one is the only one I could find. I too am looking, but I think the Ebay one will be it. That company does pretty good work. I have ordered from them before for my C300, side mirrors and sorts. But I can't say I have seen the quality on these rear diffusers.
The one from Gary for the front diffusers are very well made, install is simple. For the price it can't be beat.

I used double sided tape to just hold it in place but you can just tape it from the outside and the rest with short self tapping screws with washers. make sure they are short or they will go through the other side and just ruin it. For the front you can do the same thing but use long self tapping screws. Double sided tape is not strong enough to hold it and shouldnt risk using it alone.

So, here's what I did.. got 3 rolls of the automotive grade 1/2 inch 3M double sided stick tape. Lined the mounting edges with tape and did a test fit. Marked it for alignment with blue painters tape and a sharpie so it could go on precisely when the tape protector was removed. On the underside, I drilled 1/2 inch holes that I ran seven (7) 3/4 inch long SS pan head screws to the underside with a washer - equally spaced. Rivited the trailing edge near the tire through the wheel well on each side. Sorry, no pic's of the plugs, but I can take if wanted. Just a plastic Home Depot plug in white that I painted black-underside of splitter is all flat-no screws showing. Just did a 'snug' level of tightness throu the plastic valence material.
Looks good. Very solid...til I hit a curb parking it on an Armadillo on the highway!
Hopefully, these pic's will help...
