How much does star lower the car?

Want to lower my e63 and wondering how much the star lowers the car, also what's the downside to lowering with star? Ride quality, tire wear etc... Thanks

This place is a joke.
You can lower it as much as you want. However, the lower it is the faster the inside edge of the tires will wear. There is no camber adjustment on the rear and very little on the front. I had mine sitting quite low for about 2000 miles and the inside edges of all 4 tires had severe wear. Raised it up 1/2" from there and it seems OK now. Put it on the alignment rack, everything was adjusted to spec except the camber- not enough adjustment to get it there. I don't know how some of these guys are slamming their cars, they must buy new tires every 3000 miles. I'm about 1/4" to 1/2" lower than stock right now. The first 2 pictures are tire-shredding low, and also the front suspension would bottom out on turns if you hit a bump. Not recommended. The last picture is how the car currently sits. All these photos were taken with the suspension in sport mode.

KMAC's will allow you significant camber adjustment.

I was reading about those but found a possible cheaper/easier to get solution using a Dodge Charger camber kit, for the rear since they share the same suspension layout. Rockauto has the parts, I may order later this week and see if they will fit. Still researching front solutions. Looks like upper arms or bushings...
