I have 420 -430 rwhp and the tires spin. I shake my head thinking about people who have 560-600 rwhp . You have around 700-740 rwhp. lol are you driving with drag radials eh ?

btw did it ever cross your mind to make your ride AWD while this project was undergoing eh?

I wish I had that deal. If this project works, I'm gonna build it up and see what it can really handle. If it breaks ill build it again.

Nah if anything with that much weight and torque, if it were awd you'll eventually be looking for a way to make it RWD.

Isn't AWD better at holding down power? you have 4 tires to put the power down instead of 2 ?

In a perfect world where components don't fail under severe loads, yes AWD is better.

AWD has it's downsides, you'll notice true race vehicles that came with AWD switch to RWD when they reach big power levels. Plus AWD is boring and gay

Back on topic, I'm also very interested in this car. If the above members who first expressed interest don't end up moving forward, I'd like to talk to you in person about it.

Good luck with the sale, you won't recoup the money you spent on the conversion but at the same time selling it stock you'll probably lose money on the labor to put it back...
Go back and read it again. He has a 993TT right now and is thinking about getting a 997 GT3 at no point did anyone say the GT3 was a Turbo

Gents,

The offers have come in and honestly feel like I am making a mistake cause they are just coming in.. . Did not expect it to draw this much attention.
I will detail the car, take decent pictures and list it with no reserve on EBay. I have heard from many interested people but as you know until the fat lady sings it's not over. I don't want to undersell the car nor oversell it. It's tough to put a price on such a special car at least to me. This suggestion came from a good friend. Thanks!

Once I have details I will post link to auction.

PS. The AWD will not help this car, it will probably not last. GT30s come in hard on race gas.

Sorry to hear you are considering selling her, but at same time I completely understand where you are coming from. Hopefully you will find a nice home for her with someone on the forum.
Good luck bro!

I just thought of another huge selling point for your EV12 vs Brabus EV12.. Brabus strokes 5.5 600 eng to 6.3 liters yet uses inferior Turbo's & makes 800 Crank HP while your EV12 w/superior Turbo's nearly makes 800 @ rear wheels! Put that in your eBay add if this sale goes that far On Q16 your EV12 should easily make 800+ rwhp or 1000+ BHP

You're mixing up his posts. He bought a 993 Turbo and is considering a 997GT3.

Love them both. I sit right in the middle with a 996TT X50

Thanks for the kind words. As of now I have not really pursued trying to list her. I have received a few offers and have interested members trying to work out their finance. I am really trying to stay away from eBay, I rather sell it to someone I know and not just a mere stranger. If it sells to the board I would like to know when ever it breaks a record , Just dont want to hand her off to someone and never again hear from them.
