Question Ball joints.. E63

at the beginning of last week my passenger side ball joint started to squeak, so on thursday i had both passenger and drivers side ball joints replaced. the fix lasted about 2 days.. same exact passenger side squeak returned. The car squeaks when turning right(mainly)and while going over bumps. What are the chances that the new ball joint is also bad? what else could it be? upper ball joint? the squeaking is completely random, it'll do it non stop for a few hours and then gone.. so its been impossible to replicate the sound while my mechanic shop has the car. when the upper ball joints go, its more of thud not so much a squeak so something tells me that its not the upper ball joint.

Two things I would do, Under the car watch the steering rack while someone turns the steering whell, possible loose rack. Or if rack is tight get a grease needle from a local autozone or similar store. This grease needle attaches to the normal grease gun and allows you to pierce the rubber seals for the ball joints, tie rod end, Insert needle into rubber seal on these units and pump a few times on the grease gun to put some grease into the joints. Start car and rotate back and forth, repeat if necessary. When i watched the video the squeek does not seem follow the wheel movement at times? Also I would spray some silicone spray or maybe WD40 on the sway bar links and rubber mounts on the frame. It sounds to me a lack of lube issue, rubber squeeking on metal.
Good luck,
Let us know the results

Okay! But
Get the alignment checked at least, maybe cheaper than a set of tires? but it's your car.

That's something you really don't know. Spend the $50-$60 and get the allignment done IMO, I've heard about this when you change those. I get lots of creaking from the back of my car when going over bumps. Nothing to do with the airmatic components I think, but maybe needs to be lubed? It's been like that for a while I think getting worse.

Edit:just watched the OP's video, man oh man
does that sound get close to something the mods would be closing this thread for
