New owner few questions rear view mirror related
First off top notch site, I've been lurking around for about 2 years after selling my 06 STI with a bigger turbo and a bunch of other goodies.
I finally found a good "project" car with 90K on it for 16500. The car is amazing but had a few faults. I've corrected the issues with the trunk closer easily by searching around here. Doing spark plugs and valve cover gaskets over the upcoming weekend. But my rear view mirrors are stumping me. The switch seems to be dead, as they don't respond to any adjustments. Does anybody have any ideas or direction?

I think you mean side view mirrors right?
The rear view mirror is manually adjusted. The only switches on the rear view mirror are for homelink.
If the side view mirrors are not moving, check fuse first, then jump lines of the switch manually to verify if it's the switch.

Yes, Side view mirrors. I will check the fuse tonight. When jumping the lines for the switch just use a paperclip on the plug going into the switch?
