Do our cars have AIT 1 and 2 sensors? I'd obviously monitor temps AFTER the intercooler, but I'm unsure if we have one before and after the IC, just one before, or just one after. . I had these gauges in my previous vehicle and I absolutely loved them. I'll be picking one up FOR SURE in just a bit.

I want one of these too, but for my current mods (K&N's and Eurocharged tune), I am fine with the euro flash data logging. That and I spent my monthly E55 budget already on a STAR setup this morning..

Just 1 sensor after the intercooler, it doesn't really help to know the temperature before.

Nice looking set-up
Your intake temperature seems high, might want to check your pump.

This was after a drive with 80 degrees ambient temps. Pump is Cm30 and seems to be working fine.

Thanks for the heads up, even though honestly I prefer knowing both pre-intercooler and post intercooler numbers. It can let you know if you're experiencing heat soak or a failed pump if the deltas between the 2 get nuts. With that said though, if we only have one, after the intercooler is definitely the one to have

Oh, and does the pod come with the whole A-pillar piece?

Is this gauge connected to the OBD II port?

on some cars if you have the red jumper it could pull power from the OBD2. But as per AF it is not recommneded since it interfears with the functioing of the gauge.

Thanks. And, is it the interceptor gauge that you got? I am about to order a gauge for my E55 but did not see a "mercedes" as a listed car for any particular gauge.
