Need DIY instructions for idle pulleys+belts changing
hey guys,
im soon receiving new set of idle pulleys+wrap kit+belts.
as i have not bad skills with my hands i would like to try it by myself, however i would like to go on the safe side and do it with some help.
i looked for a DIY instructions but didnt find what im looking for (i find how to replace belt, how to replace S/C pully, but not idle pulleys...).
if anyone did it and can upload pic's with instructions will be much appreciated.
in addition, few questions:
1.how strong do i need to tighten all the bolts?
2.how strong do i need to tighten the belts? (to lock tensioners).
im just afraid belt will be too tighten/loose so i want to know how do i know when its exactly fit.
any additional tips are welcome.
cheers!

Yeah definitely go through the DIY threads here. Changing the pulley's are straight forward. Release tension on tensioner and lock in place, remove the center bolts, and then re-install the new ones. If doing the tensioner assy's, release tension in the location in the DIY threads, insert pin into tensioner hole to keep tension off of the belt, etc, and remove the bolts holding that assy on. The lower one is a a little "harder" than the others because you can't exactly see everything you're doing, but compare it to the new one you have and you'll see what to do. Reverse order on install obviously. If you need any more instructions that than the above, or what is found on the belt changes in the DIY threads, you may be better off letting a good shop take care of it. Good luck.
