gearbox problems

When I dug into the accelerator and I want to switch into the next gear (paddels or gear shift) there are no response from the gearbox. First after repeated attempts the gearbox switch into next gear.
Can anyone help me out?

Were you wide open throttle and in either sport mode or comfort when this happened?

In C and S-mode I didn´t check it as yet.

Connect the car the DAS and see what the fault codes are.
