What am I doing wrong here? Have them installed with the canbus cancellers and they not light up. The halogen bulbs light when I put them back in, and the HID bulbs/ballasts light when directly connected to the battery. Any ideas? Called TRS and they weren't much help, sounds like a canbus issue.

I know this sounds stupid - but a simple check - swap the Pos and Neg on the Ballast (turn the plug around) it should not hurt anything as the ballast has a fail safe.

I found this out when the dealer took them down and then plugged them in but backwards. easy check but sounds just like what mine did.
