Rear SC bearings service???
![](http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa87/FinnysPinnys/55upgrade525.jpg)
Judging by this picture, the SC has two rear bearings for the rotors. Are they lubricated by the SC Oil?
If not (and i guess they arent), has anyone experience on service life and how to replace them?

They hold the back of the screw shafts and no they're not lubricated by anything. The SC oil is in the front drive section with the gears. I can't imagine needing to replace them.

I heard people overhauling the Superchargers and selling them. I would be interested to know if they replace those bearings aswell ?
Every bearing in the world can be ordered at the 3,4 big bearing manufacturers. Just need the exakt measurements and data on the internals (grease type, ball materials, etc).

Especially in the lazy "C" driving mode, accelerating in 3 rd gear from 1000RPM up with 75% throttle pressed, without a downshift ?

I rebuilt an MP62 a few years ago that was a twin scroll just like ours. They do make a grease to "pack" the bearings in the back of the case. On the MP62 I put on my wife's car, there were replacement bearings available, but a machine shop had to do the removal and repressing of the new bearings in. They don't take a lot of grease, but the grease for them is specific meaning that you can't just use any old grease
