Talking Racing RS6's with mods

Has anyone raced or owned an RS6 with mods? My friend just got a highly modified RS6 and I am going to try to make the E55 beat him.
He has the Sportec RS600 kit on his car with a 6 speed swap.
You can google the kit sportec then go to english then go to rs6 and look at it....
Anyway he is going to tune it up a bit and come after me...We are good friends but I dont really want to loose.

I am a eurocharged stage three with upper sc pulley smaller, and a kleeman 168mm bottom pulley and belt wrap kit with a 80mm throttle body, full exhaust 3" wih x pipe, all the cooling stuff and a trunk tank.

thoughts, ideas, sotries about rs6 's....?

We will get it on video that much I know!
He is getting a retune and going from 14.5 psi to about 20 I guess...
I have not sceen the dyno graph but the car apperantly put down 480-490 awhp and 575ish awtq....
We are going to do a dyno day as well to see what happens....
I can always do heads and cams...

It will benefit both cars....there's no real benefit for the e55

Race him from a roll.....less parasitic loss for you, and more traction rather than from a dig

If you race from a dig he will murder you off the line then hopefully you can reel him back in.

I predict a draw from a roll.

He said Eurocharged Stage 3, so he'd have to have headers ... no?

Run him from a 20-30mph roll and you'll beat him with your mods.

The six speed swap may give the AMG a fair chance against AWD

Geez this still hasn't happened? If my friend had some car I wanted to run, I would have ran him the same day I made the thread. Hell, probably would have left the house after making the thread and went and got him and went right out in the same hour!

I raced one at the 1/2 mile drags in Carrabelle, FL he had intake, tune, and down pipe. My car is stock and I barely beat him, we raced from a dig.

We are the exact same here, this race has some different obsticals tho. The RS6 had a few items that needed to get fixed before the car is ready. Wheels re done, oils changed, exhaust leaks fixed, AC is not working, radio was not working, and the title was not in hand yet.
I can understand having everything done on the car before I wanted to run. Plus that gives me the opportunity to have my tcu re flashed and put the hotter tune on it.
Ill snap a pic of the car later.

What year? If it's a new one, you did VERY well! Especially for being stock and running him from a dig.

In the USA we only have RS6 brought from Audi in 2003. My friends 2004 was imported from Switzerland
When it did not pass emissions there. USA has S6 here and the new ones of those are quick! Hope that answers the question.
