This place is a joke.
Do you realize there is an MB part# for the oil? I think your cost would be around $30/ea...Interestingly I have some, and it states on the bottle- manufactured or provided by Eaton. Wonder if it's the same stuff GM uses on the 3.8 SC motor for about $6/bottle. I had some of the GM stuff but got rid of it when I sold my Grand Prix.

So here's the factory fluid. I'm thinking if you fill it until it comes back out the hole it's overfilled. I drained less than I put in and it still didn't come out the hole. I used the hole bottle, 125 ml.

I have no idea on this supercharger, but on many superchargers you fill it with a measured amount of oil. It is not normally a fill to the hole thing.
If you over fill it, you can cause a lot of heat to build up, the oil to boil and expand and low out all the different seals.

So is it safe to say If I just drain my oil and refill it with this whole bottle I'll be ok?

The bolt for the SC clutch has a hole in it, if you overfill or park on a steep incline the excess will drain out of the hole. It's not a sealed system.
