Is this a dynamic seat? Pic inside.
This is an e55 seat. Looks like dynamic to me but usually they say "pulse" on them too. Or are these just controls for the bolsters.
Im looking for a new car and would like dynamic seats with pulse massage. I'm just not familiar with them.
Any clarification would be appreciated.

Whatever car that is in the pic looks very well loaded. Options I see are the dynamic seats, power rear sunshade (back doors could come with them as well as a further option), keyless go, distronic, and parktronic.

This place is a joke.
It has the handsfree phone option installed- that phone/cradle is too outdated to work for you. You'll need to install the newer "bluetooth" puck. Then you can connect through bluetooth and have your phone work handsfree, through the radio and speakers, and built in microphones.
